Representation Limitations: Our representation authority is restricted to matters before revenue agents, customer service representatives, and similar IRS personnel, including the Taxpayer Advocate Service. We cannot represent taxpayers regarding returns we did not prepare, nor can we represent taxpayers in collection appeals, U.S. Tax Court proceedings, or other matters requiring attorney, CPA, or Enrolled Agent credentials.

Mandatory Binding Arbitration: Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to our services, website, communications, agreements, or business relationship shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration.

Venue & Waiver: Arbitration shall be conducted in Dallas County, Texas, pursuant to applicable commercial arbitration rules. Both parties knowingly waive the right to trial by jury and waive participation in any class-action or representative proceeding.

Enforceability: This arbitration agreement shall be governed by and enforced under the laws of the State of Texas to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Debt N Taxes is a separate trade name and business division of Rehoboth Solutions LLC and is not affiliated with or responsible for the professional dental services offered through any dental practice or dental brand.

By submitting any inquiry, email, attachment, document, or other information to Debt·N·Taxes, the sender acknowledges and agrees that no client relationship, fiduciary relationship, engagement, or service agreement is created unless and until a written service agreement has been executed by all parties.

The sender acknowledges that electronic transmissions are inherently insecure. By choosing to submit any information, the sender assumes sole and absolute risk for the security, confidentiality, and integrity of the transmitted data. The sender is exclusively responsible for the nature and content of all information provided, regardless of whether that information is confidential, sensitive, or protected.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the sender hereby waives any and all claims, demands, and causes of action against Debt·N·Taxes, and its owners, managers, members, officers, employees, independent contractors, agents, third-party service providers, successors, and assigns (collectively, the "Company Parties") arising from or relating to the handling, storage, processing, or loss of any information submitted.

The sender further agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company Parties from any and all damages, losses, costs, or expenses—including those resulting from, caused by, or exacerbated by any act, omission, or negligence (whether active, passive, sole, or concurrent) of any of the Company Parties—arising out of or related to the information submitted by the sender prior to the execution of a formal written service agreement.

Submission of information does not create any duty, obligation, or burden upon the Company Parties to review, respond to, retain, secure, or act upon any information provided. All unsolicited communications are submitted at the sender’s risk and may be discarded, deleted, or destroyed by the Company Parties without notice, review, or liability of any kind.
